Bilstar International Limited is engaged in designing and manufacturing of electronic cigarette and electronic cigarette liquid, including electronic cigarette, e-cigarette accessory, e-liquid & e-juice which comply with international quality standard of CE, RoHS, SGS and FDA.
We are registered in China Customs, having Import and Export Licence, authorized for exporting electronic cigarette and e liquid around the world.
Our R&D team keeps developing new products to meet market trends and needs. We have expanded our markets to Europe, North America and Japan, such as Wal-Mart, Radioshack, and Circuit City. All of our products have won a good reputation at home and abroad.
We have experienced R&D team and manufacturing team. We are able to provide design service to you while we provide products according to your order requirements. With 1, 500 highly trained employees at Shenzhen and Wenzhou plants in China, we currently manufacture 300, 000 units of electronic cigarettes and 50 tons of e-liquid per month. In 2011, Bilstar won the Chinese exporters Special Achievement Award for Electronic Cigarette Liquid.
